I’m afraid that I know little about Lymphoma apart from the different types. I hope that all goes well tomorrow and you get to know exactly what you have to deal with.

Hi, I also have Lymphoma. I have had it just over a year and I am in full remission now for 7 months. I had to go through 6 months of chemo treatments but found out on the 5th one it was in remission. After the chemo treatments I started a treatment plan with Rituxan & steroids and it's all going great. I receive these treatments for 18 more months every 2 months until I'm done with the treatments. Everything is going great and I'm in full remission. You will be able to beat it too but it's going to be a trying next 6 to 7 months but it's totally worth it. Don't worry what you have is very treatable and the average Lymphoma life span after being diagnosed is 19 years. Longer in younger patients. I am only 48 and still have a 10 year old son so I'm fighting for him. Good luck to you and if you ever want to talk I'm on here. Good luck to you and I will say a prayer for you. Thank you so much for you kind words. I have a wonderful family who are very supportive. I don't know anything about lymphoma either and actually looking forward to my appointment tomorrow so I can get some answers and then face this head on. I will keep you posted.

Hi Adam thanks for this. I don't know anything about lymphoma and I'd promised my best friend I wouldn't  Google until I found out my diagnosis. This is very positive and so pleased to hear your in remission and things going great for you. I have got over the shock now and ready to start the battle so I'm actually looking forward to my appointment tomorrow so I can finally get questions s answered and begin the battle!  I'm sure I will be in touch. Good luck today and I hope you get all the answers you need. It's hard to process it all at first but again it can be treated. Let us know how it all goes today. Again good luck and stay positive. I fell in to a bad slump for a bit but I finally crawled out of it and I am more myself the last couple days. The hardest time is the first couple days after each treatment but it all levels back out. Again good luck and stay positive. I think the best place for answers is talking to people that have gone through it already. Write down all your questions when you think of them. It's hard to remember them all once you get in to the doctor. Take care............................Adam W.
