I am so very sorry for your loss, how incredibly raw things must be for you. You must grieve in your own time and how you will, and you will go through all the stages. There is no right or wrong way, no text book and no time limit. In the end it's not something you get "over" rather just live with and in time the pain will hopefully ease. During this time it's important to care of yourself (even some days you won't feel like getting out of bed), and try and keep people around you that you can talk to if you feel like it. Please also use this forum to vent or talk, we are here for you.
Im so sorry for your loss , my dad died 6 months ago of bowel and liver cancer and then on the 3rd of may i was diagnosed with breast cancer . cancer is a horrible illness . I know just how you feel living in a nightmare. I send you lots of love ,
Take as long as you need to heal. Do you have family that is with you? It's a slow process but you will eventually heal. I wanted to say I am sorry for your loss and wish you the best through this difficult time. Adam W.
