They say that all cases are different but I was on Crappycetabine as part of my EOX regime and I had similar issues, more a cold feeling even when my feet felt warm to the touch than numbness. It wore off after about 18 months, but still seems to return now and again.

It might be worth seeing your GP, just in case there's another cause for the numbness.
