I am new to this site and joined as I don't know anyone who is going through this nightmare. Today we got the news that after 2 operations and chemo my husbands cancer has spread to his liver and may only have a year to live. We are numb and frightened. How do I cope with it? How do I help him?  I sort of know I will cope eventually but have been crying all day. How did you manage?
