Testicular cancer?

Hi,

I found a lump in my left testicle over Christmas time. Last Monday I attended an appointment for an ultrasound and was told that two tumours had been found inside my left testicle along with the lump that I had found on the outside of the testicle. I was given an urgent referral to Urology just three days later on the Thursday and the consultant told me that it was highly likely that I had testicular cancer and sent me to have some bloods done for tumour markers. I haven't heard anything back since despite the rapid response last week and have been advised that there is an MDT meeting this Friday when I will receive my blood test results and hopefully a date to have my testicle removed. Why the urgency initially? I'm absolutely terrified and ringing the consultants often for blood results and have also started experiencing a lot of pain around my stomach and pancreas area which starts in my testicle. I hate this experience and it's totally knocked me for six.
