Hi i had  implants and reconstruction in both breasts 2011, i was so scared because i never had a operation before and was scared of being in pain etc, got myself in a state but when i woke up i was ok, no pain so glad i had them done, mine sit on my muscles,please do not feel liike you a being vein, these implants saved my sanity i gave me my confidence, wishing you well for next week x

Thank you, I'm the same, and having the implant on top of the muscle. I was so sore after the previous  wide angle op, that I was dreading the  same. Both replies  are much appreciated.
