Hi, This is the first time I've posted here and not too sure what to say. I am 69 years of age and was diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer. I got the results yesterday and have an appointment with the oncologist on Friday for the first time. The hardest part was telling my adult children who live in all parts of the world, that was an emotional rollercoaster. I am a very determined and positive person and know that no two people or cancers are the same but if anyone can tell me truthfully what to expect I would really grateful.
