My x boyfriend has got throat cancer has has radiation treatment for last 6 weeks I've been there as a friend for him but he's not the person who I feel in love with he's not eating loosing his hair he's only 50 years old how can I support him?
this is a difficult treatment to get through and having gone through this myself, we need all the support we can get ....even if we don't feel like it
i lost nearly 3 stone and most of that was in the last two weeks of treatment and two weeks after treatment
the two weeks after treatment can be the worst and when we need the most support. I went downhill very quickly and spent a few sessions back in hospital
im now 2.5 years post treatment and doing well
dont fuss just support, your x boyfriend will be half the person you knew but he will get back to his old self, just give it time
