We've just had a scan and been told that it's working he can now swallow and eat solids .however he's having a rest from chemo for 3 weeks he's shattered .I would just like to say how you people have helped me as I havent slept a full night since he was diagnosed. I've now plucked up the courage to join .

  • Hello, and welcome to Cancer Chat, Ginger. It can be tricky plucking up the courage to join in, can't it?

I'm very sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis - what a tough time for you both. It's good to hear that the discussions on here have helped you, and I hope they continue to do so. I'm sure a member will be along soon to say hello. Many of the people who post here are going through similar experiences and will be able to relate entirely with what you're going through.

Wishing you and your husband all the very best; do let us know how you're getting on.
