Considering all the treatments you have had, you are probably feeling really drained by everything and it is normal to have had lots of ups and downs. I am sorry to hear you are feeling lost at the moment and that you've had to stop working but hopefully you can fill your time with interesting activities.

I hope you will make many forum friends here who are feeling just like you at the moment and that it will help you to talk to others who are currently in the same boat.
