I am new to Cancer Chat

Hello everyone. My name is Amy. I was diagnosed,  at the age of 47, with stage 4 ovarian cancer on August 10th 2014. I am still here! I had surgery to remove as much cancer as possible and 6 months intense chemo.  I am dealing with some .ca 125 elevation right.now but scans show nothing. I just wanted to share and maybe someone would like to chat . It's hard to discuss with family and friends because they get upset so I talk to myself .lol Ok well I don't want to write a book. Please feel free to chat.

    I'm glad that the intense chemo you had for your stage 4 ovarian cancer in 2014 has helped to keep it at bay but I'm sorry to hear that you're currently dealing with some .ca125 elevation. It's good the scans aren't showing anything at the moment but can understand why you may still be concerned. Many members on the forum have also been diagnosed with ovarian cancer and I hope you get to meet some of them soon but in the meantime you can look for others in a similar situation to yourself and chat to them on their discussions by using the 'search forum' option above.
