Hi guys, I'm 33yrs old and thought it could be useful to sign up to the forum. I'm not sure whether this is the correct forum/place to go into detail but after a couple of ultrasound needle biopsys, I got given the news that I've got thyroid cancer yesterday. 

Not entirely sure how I feel about it yet but hated how upset it's made my loved ones more than getting the actual news I think. According to the surgeon things are fairly straightforward and he was very positive about it, so I'm hoping that remains the case.

Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself because I'll be using the site/forum to do more reading about it all and maybe as a place to talk about stuff too.
