Worried about breast cancer

Hi I meant have breast cancer and I have special needs and a speech problem and read and write problem and understand things sorry about this but I don't know what to do with myself anymore can you help me find out who I am again please? Please keep this on here only as my mam doesn't know I am on here thanks
