Colon cancer stage 2

Hi I'm 41 and diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer. It didn't spread to any of my lymph nodes or other organs. So I'm glad about that. Right now no chemotherapy just having further testing and I also have to do the genetic testing due to my grandmother passing from colon cancer, and also my uncle have colon cancer. I am angry, scared, and nervous all at the same time. I have a good support team and I know we gone beat this thing.

    I'm sorry you have been diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer but I'm really glad to hear that it didn't spread to your lymph nodes. It's understandable you may be experiencing a range of emotions but it's great you have a good support team around you and are taking a positive approach to your situation. Many members here will understand what you are going through having been in similar situations themselves and I'm sure they will reply soon to offer their support and share their experiences with you.
