Hi my wife has just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer spread to the liver. We have five daughtersthe youngest are 16 year old  twins. Any advice on what to say and when? They all know their mother has cancer but the youngest don't really know what's coming

    I'm really sorry to hear that your wife has just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver.     Hi loveher just came across u post hope u wife ok and doing ok with chemo. It's so hard hope u and u daughters are doing ok it's a lot 2 take in when first told that loved 1 got cancer. Take care
