Ive only had 2 injections and been ok so far.  been in zoladex since april. i go back in february but i feel like i need to see doc before then. what if it spreads. im in constant fear, and no one should be expected to live like that. the hot flushes and aches are worse when me injections are due.

I love reading (boring i know) but cant seem to concentrate on a book at the minute.  my other hobby is sewing. i do patchwork cushions, blankets, bunting etc.  love doing this but think all my friends are patchworked out lol.was thinking of joining a yoga group after xmas.  but i lost all confidence to go out and do things.

What do you do to pass time and keep you sane.

I suppose for the docs and nurses who look after us it is normal.  but to us its a scary time.  hope all is well with you x
