Hi Linda I had breast cancer in 2010 had lumpectomy and all lymph nodes removed a month after as it had spread I had 15 daily sessions of radiotherapy but refused fec chemo" my choice " I was then put on tablets for five years but had terrible side effects I tried arimidex  emerstane and then letrozole which i will be on possibly for another five years at least I was discharged from the hospital in Feb this year I did have lymphadaema in my left arm but I had a sleeve then a glove but now it seems ok . I can only speak of my own experience hope this helps xx
