So sorry to read about you mother the question you asking only you mothers doctor can tell you more . There is nurse on here you can ask questions to here and there information on here as well . Sorry I can't be more of help my situation is different my mother got inoperable bowel cancer we don't know how long she got I understand you need answers. Like I said only you mothers doctor can answer them . Take care

hi joeuk, I hope I can help a little, im sorry for all that your family is going through. if you go to the blue line at top, and click on the word search forum you can put in bladder cancer, and it will search back people who have this, and have had this, so you can know /learn more.. also if you go to the top right of screen you can put in bladder cancer and it will give you lots of info,..hope it helps.. chemo  can prolong a persons life quite drastically, if it agrees with that person.. never give up hope, people on here are told lots of times, that they have a short amount of time left, but they overcome all obstakles and, are still with us today, there are so many people on here that will understand, how your feeling, people living with cancer, or supporting someone with cancer.:)

My mother seems to be taking it well, but we don't have all the information we need. Will she be here in 10 years, 5 years, 6 months? We just don't know.
