As someone who has had radiotherapy for prostate cancer I do understand. I was given very good advice by one of the r/therapy nurses; If you feel tired when you get home, just go and lie down for a few minutes. It halped me a lot . Thank you for your reply. How are you keeping now and if you don't mind me asking how long ago did you have your r/therapy? Dil finds it so hard just to sit and relax but I keep telling him and will continue to do so.
