I'm sorry to hear your mum has leukaemia and there is now the possibilty that she may have bowel cancer as well. I can't imagine how tough it must be when your family are looking to you for advice when you are struggling to cope yourself. I can understand why you are trying to hold it all in but if you continue to do so you may make yourself even more stressed which isn't good for you or your family. Maybe you could let your family know how you are feeling so they can comfort and support you as you are trying to do for them.

I hope it is of some comfort to know that you are not alone. Many of our members have been in the same situation with their loved ones and hopefully they will post soon to offer their support and advice.
