Hi Dave. Next week thursday I'm schedualed for a CT Scan, and then Friday I'm supposed to be starting Chemo. To cut a long story short, I had a stage one cancer taken out of the breast, along with 4 lymph nodes. The margins came back clear, but one lymph node was infected. I was told I should have a mild dosage of the chemo just for a precautionary measure. But is there such a thing as a mild dosage of the stuff?
I guess it's all relative. Bad news that you have cancer, good news that it was diagnosed at an early stage and that you're being treated quickly.
I'm sure that the women on here who have been down this pathway before you will be able to help ease your concerns. All I can say is that most of us find that having chemo is a bit of an anti-climax.
