Any advice welcome....!

Hi all,

Just wanted to see if anyone has any advice....I have been feeling unwell since the end of October/early November. Feeling exhausted all the time, run down, coughs, colds & headaches etc. Put it down to being run down from work (as you do...). Have never really recovered from this and also had a suspected chest infection in January which included a croaky voice. I thought I was feeling better but around 8 weeks ago the  symptoms really flared up including a very sore throat.

I went to the Doctor who said it was Tonsilitis & prescribed me some antibiotics. These had no affect whatsoever. I then went back to another Doctor at my Surgery, who advised it was more than likely Glandular Fever. I had blood tests and he prescribed stronger antibiotics & a throat spray - again no improvement whatsoever. (My croaky voice has continued throughout).

Just had blood test results back & they say there is no sign of Glandular Fever but I need a repeat Liver Function test. My GP has referred me urgently to an ENT specialist at my local hospital.

Could this be a sigh of anything untoward?? I am out of my mind with worry!
