My introduction

19/2/16
I was diagnosed with TNBC grade 1 and had surgery to remove a small tumour. In Feb. I had my first Chemo 2 weeks ago but have 5 more and a course of Rads to come. Currently I am trying to stay positive with meditation and a good diet but still anticpating hairloss and other effects of the treatment. I wanted to join this group so I talk to others who are goi g through this too.
My Chemo Diary...
4 April 2016
... Had my first Chemo... And survived only cried when i had the  needle put in . I had the cold cap which freezes your head to minimise hair loss... Which is like brain freeze. Spent 5hrs at hospital. Would have been 1.30hr but have to keep cap on even when Chemo finishes. So was the last to leave. Surprisingly ... I only feel nauseas a little nothing dramatic has happened ... Thank the universe. My wee was a pink for a bit but ok now. I feel ok been out in the garden with my family who were all here when I returned yesterday ... With open arms and nervous grins.. where is the bloody Prosseco I said ... And my chocolate cake! Lets hope this continues 1 down 5 to go ! Well getting on the Pilates bench now to keep fit with Aliyah playing in the background so I can wine up me waist line... Thanks for your support and care ... Its much appreciated... I hope my love for God the universe helps me to fly through this with minimal suffering.
