Hi I am new to the group I would like to chat with other people in the similar position as I am , I have  had my first chemo session FEC -T  I have breast cancer for the second time in 3 years  different breast and different sort of cancer but still a pain in the bum , I have to have 6 sessions of chemo  3 FEC- t and 3 of something else  beginning with T I think lol then I will be having surgery , I have decided to just have em off lol more trouble than they are worth . I am having the diep flap  has anyone else had that or having it done xxx

    Possibly   TAXOL    (docletaxol)

    There is no rush with decisions about reconstruction - take your time to decide on all these things and good luck with it all x

    Hi. I had FEC-T for breast cancer I finished the treatment in February, also this week finished 15 radiotherapy sessions.

    I am keeping an open mind regarding reconstruction, I have had a left sided mastectomy last September. I will see how I feel in a few months. I think I am just wanting to get used to not attending hospital appointments etc.

    How are you after number1? Best wishes for the rest of your treatment x
