Hi everyone, I'm new in this forum. I'm not even sure why I'm here right now but I think I really need someone who I can share my experience with. And forgive me if this message is going to be quite long.I hope you guys will understand :)  My mom was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer 2 years ago and since then she had undergone modified mastectomy, chemotherapy and also radiation therapy. It has been a year since she was cancer free and we are on our third follow up check up. Her mammogram and breast ultrasound doesn't show recurrence. Her other lab results such as alkaline phosphatase and creatinine are also ok. However her liver ultrasound results shows that a small hepatic nodule cannot be ruled out, it is about 1 cm. The doctor on the radiology department says it's nothing to worry about but our oncologist suggested to have a CT scan just to make sure. I'm really getting nervous and paranoid right now. Is the possiblity that it is metastasis really great or is it also possible that it is some minor something( sorry for this description, I'm really running out of words on how to describe this)?

 I will really appreciate any response especially from those who had similar experience. Thank you :)
