hi sue 56.thankyou for your reply.so pleased that you are doing so well with your treatment.not sure what treatment i will have next tadical radiotherapy or surgery.not sure what brachytherapy iam now waiting for results from brain scan and mri.last ones were clear.tumour now 2 cm from 5cm.but it is at top of lung near heart so think more difficult to treat.hope you continue to be well, and hope i can do the same.                       best wishes kate x

hi sue 56 iam from chesterfield.i should have results from scans this week.the oncologist said she would let me know as soon as posible the next course of treatment.trying to stay positive. take care. kate x

hi sue56.had my scans back brain and pet scan, all clear. seen surgeon and she wants to do a thoracoscopy.having the op in two weeks.hope you are well.its keyhole surgery.

Hi, I've not long finished chart radiotherapy for a recurrence of NSCLC. The treatment was quite harsh ( 3 a day for 12 days ) , however, starting to feel better.  Got a CT scan on June 15th,  here's hoping.  Best of luck on your journey.
