i have yet to be diagnosed but am sure I have prostrate cancer psa 15 but I'm sure it's spread to my lungs as short of breath pain in my back and coughing clear stuff but all X-rays and blood tests are clear
If your psa is only 15, I would think it highly unlikely that it has spread. Mine was 70 but the cancer was still contained within the prostate. There could be several other reasons why you are short of breath and have pain in your back. I take it as you have your psa score, you have seen your GP. Please let us know how you get on.
