Hi everyone

I've just signed up so am totally new on this site.

I am going on 68 and was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma on Sept 2nd, first chemo on the 29th. I had 3a yesterday do after the 22nd I'll be halfway through, yay!

I've started my second 5 day self injecting of CSF due to low neutrophils - again. Anyone keep having to do this? I know everyone reacts differently so if anyone on here has the same cancer it would be nice to chat.

  • Hi Lindilou, welcome to the forum, but sorry for why you're here. It sounds like you have a pretty good handle on what's going on with you and that's great. I don't have your type of cancer, so I can't comment on your situation, but I wanted to respond to bump your post back to the first page where, hopefully, someone who can relate to your situation may see it and respond. The people on here are a pretty caring and supportive bunch and everyone is dealing with cancer in some way, either in themselves, or caring for a loved one with it. Good luck with the rest of your treatments and I hope you come out on the other end with a cancer free diagnosis.

    Take care.
