Liver angiosarcoma

I was diagnosed Nov 21st 2014 given 1-2 years, I'm currently on clinical trial and taken tablet form chemo twice s day.

Been good so far, living day to day with this this Isis beginning to do my head in.

I have regular scans and no changes so far. I've adapted my life for the past year, not going out of the house much trying to keep energy for my children oliver 5 and Thea 9 , I need some help to tackle next year now. X

  • Hi Thea,

I'm so sorry to hear your diagnosis. I'm in a similar situation, am just starting year 2 on an oral chemo, I haven't been given a prognosis as they don't know how long the meds will work for, I've just started a new one as the first lot I was on stopped working & the cancer has spread.

I too have 2 little ones, Ella 3 & Ivy 1. I don't know how much help I can be to you, but am here if you want to chat, I'm certainly living day by day, some days good, some bad.

I hope we can be some support for each other.
