my daughter's stage 2invasive breast cancer

My daughter Ella diagnosed in April this yr, stage 3 invasive breast cancer. She had bone scan and CT scan. Stated chemotherapy straight away. Had a full Mastectomy, right side. After her OP. She was told, no it is stage 2invasive. She will not be having Radiotherapy, yet before the OP she was going to have 4wks, every day.

The pain is worse in her back now, than it was before. She's had over 2pints drained off 2wks ago. Should she have a M R I scan. She keeps seeing this other Dr not her surgeon. Really worried. Can you please advise. Thank you.
