Hi Deben, I'm so sorry to read that you lost your husband to cancer. I wish I had some magic words to help you with your grief right now, but I don't. My heart goes out to you at this very sad time. I can almost "hear" the pain in your words here. There is nothing anyone can say or do to alleviate your pain as much as we would like to be able to do that for you. I hope you have family and loved ones around you to support you through this terrible time. It is still so early in your loss and no doubt the shock of his death still hasn't worn off yet, and yes, even though you likely knew he was losing the fight with his cancer, it still was a shock when he died. There are several members here on the forum who have lost a spouse or partner to cancer and someone will see your post soon and hopefully respond. It does help to communicate with others who know and understand your loss.
Come on to the forum and tell us about your husband and your life with him. Writing down those memories will help you in your grief, even if its' painful to think about them and write it down. Let us know how you are managing and stay in touch here on the forum. Take my word for it, it will help you.

Hi...im so sorry for your loss...I lost my twin 7 years ago at 40....then I got cancer 2 years later.....I still miss her every day.....but I have found talking about her and keeping her in conversation has really helped....dont count the days gone....remember those you had x
