scared i have pancreatic cancer?

I'm 25 year male, my symptoms started a couple of mouths ago with pain under my right ribs just a dull pain 
all of a sudden I started getting orange urine back pain nausea and bowel problems diarrhoea and slight amount blood in it weight loss from my lack of appetite and recently having stomach problems pain after eating and weakness 
I had blood test for my liver showed up fine. i keep being told i have anxiety..... Should I be scared ?

    It's good that you had blood tests done for your liver and that they were fine. Perhaps you could go back to the doctor's and mention all your other symptoms if you haven't done it already? It's worth sometimes also asking for a second opinion so don't hesitate to go back to your doctor if your symptoms persist.

    I went back to my doctors actually seen 2 doctors I told them both I might be suffering from pancreatic cancer I told them I had new symptoms they both said i have anxiety i felt very angry now i have stange colours in my vision really bad headaches and sore bones and I feel really upset
