I know what you mean about your world falling in.  I was treated for breast cancerr last year but am just now waiting for confirmation that its come back in my liver.  It's a lot to get your head round. I have only just discovered this forum but am already finding it really helpful to share feelings with others who understand what I'm going through.  Stay online; read some of the other inspiring stories here; talk about it all as much as you can.
