Hi I am new

Hi my name is Emma and I am 25 years old.

A bit about me

5 years ago I was diagnosed with a benign meningioma behind the left eye! Which over the last few years I have slowly lost the vision in my left eye but have just got on not letting it stop me.

In July I went for a regular check up which was when I was told the tumour was showing signs of moving to my right eye. I was shocked ... I was told as the operation 2years ago had made no difference to the left eye that the only treatment was radiotherapy which again shocked me and made me feel so scared about everything. • Emma, I think I would write down any questions you can think of before your next appointment.  We all think we will remember what to ask but when the time comes our mind is empty.  You will need to understand what it is you feel will be best for you.  Let us know the outcome of your meeting, and I hope all goes well.
