Hello, I have just been diagnosed for the second time with breast cancer. The first time I had a lumpectomy, chemo and radiotherapy.  This time I need a mastectomy.   I am considering an immediate reconstruction and the only option I feel is right for me is using skin not from my body but using stattice matrix and an implant. However my surgeon is not too keen on this as I have had radiotherapy but will do it as my skin is not damaged.  Has anyone else used this method and what were the results?
