Hi I am new to this chat I had breast cancer 9 years ago and now have mestastic in rib

Have been told can live for years with it but I feel so different this time I am so tired and ache I am 49 with two boys one 30 and one 22 I felt I was more positive last time maybe that will come with time as only been 8 weeks had radiotherphy now having denosumab injections monthly and back on exmestane daily which made me ache before
