It's very hard to find out your mum has cancer and is going to go through chemotherapy.
I finished chemo in September and I have 2 daughters and I hated seeing them upset but they were wonderful daughters ..We became so very close during chemo and one of my daughters came and sat with me during chemo and we talked. Make you days with mum gentle and loving. I have found it such a great help to have my daughters just there for me. You don't have to be able to do anything special just hugs and love and time together. I hope all goes well for your mum and you
Thank u for your reply I'm an only child so find it difficult at times my mom had it 12 years ago and didn't have to have chemo but I had a break down I think I'm stronger this time it's just so hard watching her go threw it x
Hi Vikki, so sorry to hear this. You will both get through this. cancer is evil and I hate it with a passion. Just be their for you're mum and keep you're chin up. My mum had cancer of the ovaries and my daughter has ALL leukaemia so I've had it from both mum and daughter. Take each day as it comes and keep smiling for her. I know it's all easier said then done but trust me you will be fine. Xxxx
