My brother lives in the czech Republic. He had lung cancer. It is advanced and one lung is covered and abit in the other. There is also a blockage and he cant swallow. He has a peg fitted to feed him. He has had 2 goes of extensive chemo and it hasn't worked. They are now doing biological treatment. Does anyone know what this is and how it will help. Please be honest as we may need to travel there to see him. He is also on a breathing machine. And on lots of meds
