Hi,
So sorry to hear your story. I think it is quite natural to feel like you do. It is still very early days and grief has no timescale. Losing someone we love is so hard.
Take care, best wishes, Brian
Thank you Brian for your reply. Reading other peoples stories how they cope helps
me comes to terms with my loss. At this moment in time it is very hard.
Hello
I lost my husband just 2 months ago (he had been 'terminal' for three years) and am having up and down days and expect to do so for a while. Grieving is such a varying process for different people and I am not always sure when the emotions will take hold. I am lucky to have a part time job and good network of friends plus children and grandchildren but having been married for 37 years and together for 42 am not afraid to express my emotions and accept that time is a great healer and crying is a natural outlet for a love lost and missed. Take care Jules54
