Hi everyone,

I've had an enlarged prostate since 2024 but recent blood test came back with PSA 0f 84.

Doctor rang me to say prostate cancer. Just had MRI scan and having biopsy later this week. Looks like they will remove my prostate but what if it has spread. Pretty scary.

Anyone been in this position.
