Hello Ladybev16
I'm sorry to hear that you're still dealing with what is often called "chemo brain" all this time after you first went through treatment. I'm sure that this can be frustrating and difficult at times.
You might find it interesting to read through some of the information on our website about these cognitive changes, why some people get them and why they might be long-lasting side effects for some people.
You've titled your post secondary breast cancer so I'm a little unsure if you are still having any kind of treatment at the moment. It's always worth mentioning these changes to your specialist if you are still seeing them, and to remember that these issues could also be connected to any medications you are still taking.
If it would help to chat with one of our nurses for some support and advice, you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any information they can.
Best wishes,
Jenn
