I’ve received the dreaded text message recalling me for mammogram for next week but I’m away for 2 weeks so postponed it .  Not sure if I should just cancel the holiday .  I need something to calm me down and try and enjoy my holiday if I go .  I Carnt eat or sleep .  I know it may be nothing but Carnt help feeling like this .
