Had core biopsy last Monday for speculated mass in breast .. been told highly likely it’s malignant .. waiting for results of biopsy.. can I ask how long have others had t wait ? Could it really be 3 weeks to find out?
Not good news I’m afraid. It is breast cancer.. grade 3, got to have mri scan , ct scan and echocardiogram.. then see oncologist .. will be having chemo in next few weeks and after that surgery x

Hi Jolamine, had echocardiogram done this Tuesday and having mri and ct scans next Wednesday . Oncologist appointment the week after , so will know more then x
I'm glad to hear that you've had the ECG and that your MRI and CT scans are not far away. I expect that you'll know a lot more by the time you see the Oncologist the following week. I'm sure that you are anxious to start treatment now and it shouldn't be too log before that happens. How are you coping - are you managing to gradually come to terms with your diagnosis?
