Excruciating lower back pain

Hi guys 

Any one else have any experience in really bad pounding pain lower to mid back after and during the filgastrim Injections this has just come on after the 5th injection and I’m in agony I phoned the help line and the operator recommended paracetamol but it is not touching it

    I have had back pain from either the Filgrastin or Darbepoetin, don't know which is causing it but yours sounds worse. I would definately discuss this with your haematologist. Don't want to be a doom monger but could it be developing into leukemia? This should have been picked up at the marrow biopsy stage. I am having another biopsy in 2 weeks as they think my MDS may be progressing that way.
