Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well. My name is Jo I’ve decided to join the group to speak to like minded people going through the same thing as myself. I’m absolutely besides myself struggling to cope, I was diagnosed with Multiple BD IPMNs in Dec 2025 and Also Gall Bladder Polyp only small 3mm. However since then there has been multiple cystic areas in liver, kidneys and thyroid, I am just beside myself as I’m on monitoring and they have from 3mm between December and May. Guidelines state that they should only grow 2.5mm per year. I don’t understand why mine have grown 3mm in 5 months but they still keep me on surveillance. Anyone else been in this situation? I am a nurse myself. And I have a back ground in clinical research. I therefore do a lot of reading around this. My eyes look yellow but when I go to A&e in constant pain I am sent home as my bilirubin is normal so staff say  not jaundiced. And sadly I’ve been treated like a hypochondriac with no help or emotional support and my life feels in tatters as im In constant pain and struggle to sleep. My left side is shaped like an egg, and the bloating is horrendous after food. Anyone else been through this ?
