Hi Noon,  I am sorry to hear that you have secondary breast cancer.  I have secondary breast cancer and had radiotherapy on my spine for pain.  It went okay and it did make the pain better, took about a week for pain to go, it was worse before it got better.  But it did work.  I was 59 when diagnosed and now 61.  I enjoy my life and take my dogs for walks and go on holiday.  Going away in September.  Why do you think you only have 4 years left, they really can't predict this as we all respond differently to treatment and there is so much advancement in treatment and trials these days..  I am happy to chat anytime.

I had breast cancer last year for the 2nd time which had spread to my lymph nodes (9 out of 20 were cancerous). I had 15 rounds of radiotherapy and it seems to have worked. My last CT scan was looking good. The treatment doesn't take long and the only side effect I had was feeling tired. It's worth giving it a try !
