hi folks I will get my chemo next week for stage 4 lung cancer and hope for the best!  I have to say I appreciate all that the Nhs is doing for me!!  apart from that though I happened to observe that after after falling victim to the McMillan adverts (and giving them a fiver a month for 30 odd years) they are very very misleading!!    I won't go too far but I have had "help and support" coming out of my ears in the last month and yet my bank account still shows tuppence halfpenny!   not sure what I expected from them (maybe a little bit of charity)   Never have I asked anyone/organisation for anything but having given up my part time job to deal with this unwelcome condition I know what real help and support would be for me at this point!!     sorry folks.   ranting I know but hey ho.      all the very best everyone x.   cheers   Stevie
