I am so sorry to hear that your tumour has increased from 6 to 13. I am not sure myself what it might mean and what the implications might be regarding immunotherapy but I would advise you get in touch with your medical team and ask them whether this means immunotherapy is not working and whether there are other options worth exploring. I think your specialist will be best placed to advise you on this.
