Hello, I've just been diagnosed with lung cancer this morning. Treatable but not curable. 

Also i'm having tests for ovarian cancer that possibly isnt related. 

I'm 49, and it has come as a huge shock to hear 'not curable'

Any advice would be hugely appreciated
