Hi everyone I’m Chloe 31 years young, I’d been putting off visiting the GP for a while because I didn’t want what I felt wasn’t right, to be a waste of a GP appointment that somebody else could have taken. But this week I’d noticed a hardness in a particular area of my breast, and also what I can only describe as a heaviness or sometimes weird pain feelings in my breast/chest area. So my GP appointment on Monday the doctor wanted to first rule out it wasn’t asthma related (of all things lol) and so he’s booked me an extensive blood tests to check for anemia/cholesterol etc etc and also an ECG appointment with a nurse. As he couldn’t do two things in one appointment he advised to call back. So there I was standing outside the doctors surgery 8am sharp this morning to win an appointment because we all know what phone lines are like que wise. Luckily got another appointment for this separate issue, and lo and behold me and the GP found not one but several pumps on each breast. She’s reffered me and I’m not waiting for a call from somewhere a hospital I presume or clinic for a proper check up to find out what the cause is etc etc. I’m feeling all sorts of ways about this because she said it could be just a cyst? But then I’m having no periods since coming of the depot injection (for contraception) since Christmas last year so it’s all happening lost of meetings and tests right now which feel really weird and a bit overwhelming keeping track of everything .
